This training opportunity is a safe space to slow down, learn safe Aboriginal mindfulness breathing techniques that will help you come back to yourself.
This one-day workshop is a guided healing experience, not just training. It blends Aboriginal ways of grounding, understanding mindfulness, and it even includes a breathwork journey to help people calm their mind, release stress, and reconnect with body, mind & spirit.
No experience needed. Just come as you are.

This workshop is gentle, supportive, and trauma-informed.
What You’ll Learn:
How breathing affects emotions
Stress, and the nervous system
Simple breathing techniques you can use anywhere
How mindfulness helps calm the mind and body
How to notice emotions without being controlled by them
How breath can support healing, grounding, and clarity
What Makes This Different:
This is not classroom-style training. It includes two deep, guided Aboriginal Mindfulness of Breath experiences: One focused on mindfulness meditation, One focused on a full breathwork journey.
